Now of course Alaina LOVES the snow and would play til frost bit if you'd let her. Adeline didn't know what to think at first. She looked on and around in total amazement...."what is all this bright, white stuff?"
Snow Angel it is! Alaina could not wait to make "snow angel's!" What fun the snow brings!
She decides to venture, more like waddle from so many layers, her way around. It doesn't take her long to discover the fun!

Alaina and Dad built a Snow Wizard last night at 8:30. She just couldn't wait to play in the snow. She said, " I just know Dad wants to play in the snow on his birthday!" Happy Birthday Dad from the magical Snow Wizard! Gotta love those night photos!What a day this snow day has become... last night our heat decides to stop blowing. I awake from the sound of a sweet baby crying at 3:30 to discover it quite nipply. We wake ole' dad up to check things out. After several minutes of huffing and puffing, he decides to get up.
OFF-ON-OFF-ON...."who knows what the heck is going on"
Adeline drinks a cup of milk, we bundle up, begin snuggling and soon fall back to sleep. At 6:30 sweet baby wakes up and we discover dad fast asleep in the recliner guarding the portable heaters. He is covered head to toe...hate I missed a picture of that!
After a couple hours rest, our friend called HEAT decides to work again! YAY!
You think that having a free day off work you'd get lots accomplished....ya right! As if 2 girls running around makes it hard enough, not to mention the most friendly of service men that stay to visit and check our heat unit out for 2 hours.
Now the little one wakes from her nap, so off to entertain!
